Sometimes the problem is also related to improper cleaning of the beaded steel body.

4. The beads are not firmly bonded. The loose beads and poor bonding are usually a signal of problems during injection molding. It may also be improper selection of steel wire rope, or contamination of the diamond beads, improper cleaning, which will cause the beads to be related to injection molding/injection.
