IEC60695 and IEC335 Glow Wire Testing Machine

The glow wire tester is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of the "glow wire test method" in IEC60695-2-10, GB/T5169.10, and ASTM D6194 standards to simulate the thermal stress caused by the heat source or ignition source such as a heating element or overload resistance in a short period of time. The glow wire test for plastics is to determine the resistance to fire insulating parts.

Features:

1. Temperature range: 500~1000℃, digital display adjustable,
2. Temperature error: ±10°C (500~750°C); ±15°C (750~1000°C) accuracy of temperature measuring instrument is ±0.5 grade.
3. Temperature sensor: Φ0.5K armored thermocouple, imported thermocouple.
4. Apply pressure to the sample: 0.8N ~ 1.2N, and limit the indentation depth to at least 7mm.
5. The timing time is automatically set and displayed on the touch screen.
6. The program automatically records the burning time, light-off time and test burning time.
7. Time error: ±0.1s.
8. Ignition bedding layer: 10mm thick white pine board, covered with 12g/m2~30g/m2 standard silk paper, 200mm±5mm below the glow wire
9. The instrument is easy to operate, and the temperature measurement system is stable and reliable.
10. There is an operator hole at the lower part of the visual observation window of the equipment, which is easy to operate.
