Rigid foam vertical combustion tester
Rigid foam vertical burning tester is suitable for assessing the vertical burning performance of rigid foam under laboratory conditions, in accordance with GB/T8333-2008 "Rigid foam burning performance test method - vertical burning method" and ASTM D3014-04a test standard.
Combustion chamber.
1, the box: 0.15m3 (730mm wide × 280mm deep × 750mm high) using CNC machine tools processing molding, circular arc shape beautiful and generous. High-quality stainless steel material / baking paint, with beautiful anti-rust and anti-corrosion characteristics.
2、The top of the box is equipped with a smoke extraction system, when the test is completed, the exhaust gas can be discharged to the outdoors; during the test, the system is stopped.
3, the front of the box is equipped with a sealed tempered glass observation window during the test, easy to observe the test situation.
Combustion torch.
1、Spit specification: inner diameter Ф9.5mm, barrel length of 115mm.
2, flame height: 25 ~ 35mm height of the blue flame.
3, gas: more than 95% purity of natural gas.
4, with K-type thermocouple measured the internal flame temperature of 960 ℃.
Technical parameters.
1, blue flame kernel height: 25-30mm, adjustable;
2, gas flow: 0 ~ 1000 ml / min adjustable;
3, the use of U.S. Hamburg imported Bunsen burner flame temperature: (100-1000)℃ adjustable;
