※Installation and application

1. In the common cases such as: edge covering, assembling, and fixture test, it is necessary to select the standard welding and clamping cylinder;

2. In the surrounding high magnetic field produced by the welder, it is necessary to select the strong magnetic resistance welding and clamping cylinder and the corresponding strong magnetic resistance switch;

3. Before the cylinder piping, it is necessary to remove dirt in the pipeline to avoid impurity entry into the cylinder;

4. Medium for the cylinder can be used after being filtered by the filter element above 40 um;

5. In high temperature environment, it is necessary to take the corresponding high temperature resistance cylinder. In low temperature environment, it is necessary to take antifreezing measures to prevent water freezing in the system;

6. When the cylinder is removed and not used for a long time, it is necessary to pay attention to the surface rust; in addition,air inlet and exhaust port shall be applied with dustproof plug cap additionally and piston rod end shall be coated with anti-rust oil.
