Prepare to watch NBA 2K League teams compete on PS5, and take part in online fan tournaments. We're excited to announce that we have partnered with the NBA 2K League, making PS5 the official console of the NBA 2K League. From this month until the fourth season of the league, which kicks off this month, you'll get to see the entire 23 NBA 2K League teams and 138 players in the league compete on PS5 at events and games. The partnership isn't over at that point. Our multi-year agreement with NBA 2K League will allow our fans, who are part of our global community, to join in online fan tournaments hosted all through the year. The tournaments will include NBA 2K League related prizing. The first ever online fan tournament will be held in the coming week. We are happy to announce this news. Beginning now, PS5 players located in the United States will be able to register to participate in an online Three for All Showdown Qualifier tournament. It will run from starting on Monday, April 5 through Tuesday, April 6. The online qualifying winner will be eligible to play in a 3-on-3 tournament with influencers Troydan and PoorBoySin during the second annual NBA 2KL Three for All Showdown competition. The event will run on the 9th of April, starting Friday at 5:00 pm Pacific Time / Saturday, April 10, at 8:00pm Eastern Time on the NBA 2K League Twitch and YouTube channels. This is an exciting chance to be participant in the NBA 2KL Three for All Showdown event featuring NBA 2K League players, fans, WNBA players, and social media influencers, all competing on NBA 2K21's "The City" game mode to earn part of a $25,000 USD prize pool!
