Items obtained from Legion Mythic+ dungeons do not appear in the Great Vault, but you can use Valor Points to upgrade them.
Additionally, you can find new Infernal affixes - Infernal Beacons - on some Bosses. If you want to trigger the Legion invasion event, you can activate a Beacon or engage a nearby boss. And the Legion Timeworn Keystone can only be used when you are level 10 or higher.
