Instructions for Toshiba steak in air fryer:

 

Step 1 - Unfreezing: Because the product delivered by JD is frozen, it needs to be thawed with the bag in water. Be careful not to thaw the meat directly in water, which may affect the taste

 

Step 2: Absorb water: After thawing and thawing, place it on a plate. Use kitchen paper to absorb the blood and water from the steak. You can slightly press it. Get a drier steak.

 

Step 3 - Curing: Add the gift of a small packet of ingredients, and cooking oil, and brush lightly with a barbecue brush to ensure coverage. If you don't have a small packet of ingredients, it's also okay to apply an appropriate amount of salt, pepper, etc. Remember to brush both sides. Marinate for about 10 minutes

 

Step 4 - Baking: Preheat the Toshiba air fryer to 200 degrees for 5 minutes. After preheating, add the marinated steak and set it at 200 degrees for 4 minutes. After finishing, turn the steak over and bake it at 200 degrees for 4 minutes. A 200g steak is roasted in this way, about 6-7 times cooked.

Step 5 - Out of the pot: After baking, you can come out of the pot, and then cut the steak with a knife to eat. If there is still too much blood and water after cutting, it can be roasted at 180 degrees for 1 minute. Because it's already cut, it's okay to bake it directly without turning it upside down.
