The planned organization structure and pattern for the unit should be included in the project study. It specifies partnerships, joint stock corporations, and information about the promoters.
4. Project Description
It must provide an overview of the project. The following points should be included in the project description:
-The place of the project
-Requirements of the raw material
-Area required for work
-Electricity requirement
-Fuel requirements, water requirements
-Employment requirements of skilled and unskilled labor
-Production process, volumes, unit prices
-Pollution treatment plants required
5. Marketing Plan
- It should include the tactics that will be used to win the market. It must define the product's mode of delivery from the manufacturing unit to the consumer. Type of customers, target markets, objective of the sales, market share of proposed venture, demand of the product should be clearly mentioned.
- It must identify potential product buyers and the distribution networks used to distribute the product.
7. Financial Aspects
The financial and economic viability of the company must be stated in the project report.
8. Technical Aspects
It includes information on the project's chosen technology, the manufacturing process, machinery capability, pollution control plants, and so on.
9. Project Implementation
The project implementation in the report must specify when the activities associated with establishing the business will be completed.
9. Social responsibility
The social contribution of the company should be specified in terms of employment, revenue, and benefit to the economy should be stated clearly.
