Associate / AVP- Investment Banking (Buy side/Sell side) - (4-9 years)

Looking for a professional with at least 4 years as Investment Banking specifically in Buy side advisory, Sell side advisory, Pitch presentations, Financial modelling.

Your future employer:

An investment advisory and money manager, which provides innovative investment solutions to High Net-Worth Individuals (HNI’s) and ultra- HNI’s, with extensive use of technology abled platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the leadership team in conducting & taking lead in industry research, market mapping

and preparing mandate pitches.

• The candidate will be part of an end‐to‐end deal making cycle for multiple sell‐side/ buy-side

mandates.

• Independently prepare deal collaterals like IM, model, teasers, pitchbooks etc.

• Lead deal cycle and act as primary touch point – (data-rooms, due-diligence, transaction

documents, meetings etc.)

• Extremely high proficiency in PowerPoint and excel

• Indian market experience is preferred.

 Requirements:

• 04 to 06 years of total work exp, of which 01 to 02 years of front end IB deals of that particular sector

• Graduate in any discipline + MBA (preference to rank holding or pedigree institute) / CA
