Boxes over 63.5cm in size (e.g. not transportable) must be placed on standard 1000x1250mm (UK only) or 800x1200mm (other European countries) pallets, unless a single shipping carton is larger than the default pallet size.

Choose the size of the carton so that there is as little free space as possible after the goods are inserted. Space can also be maximized (as long as the product is not damaged) by using multiple packages in one carton.

Warning labels must be placed in place on all four sides of the carton.

FBA requires national standards to be pasted on the outer packaging; to distinguish the goods. International styles and colours must be implemented in accordance with the requirements of the National Flag Sticker 9.18 (CS4) Transition (1) document. The UK FBA Headway national standard size is 4cm square. The national standard is glued to the upper right corner of the two narrow sides of each box.
