Working principle of air box pulse bag filter
The air box pulse bag filter is composed of an ash hopper, an upper box, a middle box, a lower box, etc. The upper, middle and lower boxes are of sub-chamber structure. When working, the dust-laden gas enters the ash hopper from the air inlet duct, the coarse dust particles fall directly into the bottom of the ash hopper, and the fine dust particles enter the middle and lower boxes upward with the turning of the airflow. The dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the filtered gas enters the upper box to the exhaust duct of the clean air collecting pipe, and is exhausted to the atmosphere through the exhaust fan. The cleaning process is to first cut off the clean air outlet air duct of the chamber, so that the cloth bag of the chamber is in a state of no airflow. Then open the pulse valve and use compressed air for pulse blowing to clean the dust, and the shut-off valve is closed for a time sufficient to ensure that the dust stripped from the filter bag after the blowing settles to the ash hopper. This avoids the phenomenon that the dust is attached to the surface of the adjacent filter bag with the airflow after it leaves the surface of the filter bag, so that the filter bag can be cleaned thoroughly.
